MY HOME BASE The Woodlands High School, 25 miles north of Houston, Texas & less than three miles from my house. The track was just resurfaced at the end of 2005. In 2006 Coach Green added a 140' roll out runway from On Track to protect the vault runway.

The Woodlands is a great community that obviously gives a ton of support to their athletics. Two pole vault pits, two high jump pits and two long jump runways. Coach Dan Green (many time Coach of the Year) is considered a great running coach and Robbie Dueitt is an outstanding pole vault coach. They and the rest of the staff are a joy to be around.
